Our business is repairing refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, ovens, cooktops, rangehoods and microwaves.
• We have 2 positions available for Field Technicians to service Sydney metropolitan area.
• The successful applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience and be able to demonstrate professional skills / repairs on a variety of house hold appliances
• We are a well established and respected service provider across the entire Sydney area
Great conditions and a very friendly team environment
• Restricted or full Gas/Electrical license an advantage
Mechanical and electrical aptitude essential.
To ensure success the Service Technician will have the following attributes:
• Customer focused
• Can do attitude
• Current Driver’s license
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a high degree of self-management with regard to time management and use of resources.
• Carry out service repairs at the customer’s premises or in the workshop.
• Maintain up to date and accurate technical knowledge through use of service documentation, technical data and appropriate resources…
• Advise customers of and quote on any required repair works not covered by manufacturers or extended warranty contracts and/or any safety issues.
• Ensure van stock is controlled in line with requirements.
Key skills, qualifications and experience include:
• An understanding of electrical drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal).
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Planning and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Strong customer service.
