Responsibilities

of ready-to-deploy drivers data and client request.
Pre-deployment
communication with client and sales personnel.

Requirements

Candidates
must be HND or BSc Holders.
At
least 2 years experience in structured company.
At
least 2 years experience in outsourcing business or HR function

year experience in similar role

Job
Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Liaising
with customers and providing them with quotation.
Acting
as contact between company and potential and existing clients.
Advising
on forthcoming product developments and anchoring promotions.
Aim
to meet reasonable target with a view to improving performance.

Requirements

Candidates
must be HND or BSc Holders.

Title: Search Officer

Responsibilities

Collate
the list of registered Drivers nation wide.
Liaise
with religious leaders on scouting activities.
Distribution
of banners and handbills.
Develop
product proposals and drive sales.
Develop
an aggressive recruitment drive.

Job
Title: Security / Spot Check Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Personnel
Spot check
Incident
management.
Uniform
distribution, legal licence reminders.
Monitors
drivers attached to deployed assignments
Reports
incidences noted during spot checks.
Gives
short refresher talks at work stations of drivers.
First
respondent at emergencies and escalations.

Requirements

Job
Title: Verification Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Procuring
data and booklets relevant for the company’s background screening services.
Develop
and maintain tools related to various dimensions of verification
To
conduct physical visit to personnel and guarantors last employment,’
business and/or residential addresses for verification of their
credentials
Scrutiny
and verification of information regarding Drivers and guarantors as
narrated in their registration form
Preparation
of verification feedback report upon concluding verification
Coordination
with management to facilitate decision making.

Job
Title: Training Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Maintain
attendance register students.
Train
and Test Academy students on Driving and safety.
Ensures
that the cars are in good shape.
Provide
performance feedback of Academy students
Record
and send performance of Academy student to appropriate authority.
Act
as Drivers Academy Instructor

Requirements

Title: Record/ Inventory Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Capture
and record client request form.
Send
client Request form to legal for SLA and T&C.
Handles
client and personnel enquiries.
Issues
guarantor’s, recruitment forms to personnel.
Receive
and securitize submitted forms.
Maintain
and keep record of client and personnel.
Disbursement
of department float. Management of department float.

Requirements

Must
be an OND Holders.
At
least 2 years experience in structured company.
At
least 2 years experience in outsourcing business Or HR function 1 year
experience in similar role.

Job
Title: Data Entry Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Scan
all hard copy of drivers’ registration forms, CV, guarantors’ forms and
certificates.
Sort
and archive all old files.
Scanning
all documents and recording same
Update
all records of ID card collections and registrations nationwide
Any
other work assigned by the HOD.

Requirements

Must
be an OND Holders.
At
least 2 years experience in structured company.
At
least 2 years experience in outsourcing business OR HR function 1 yearr
experience in similar role
