OUTREACH CAMPAIGNER
The role of an Environmental Defence Outreach Campaigner is to mobilize communities in key areas around environmental issues. By attending events and networking with community members the Outreach Campaigner is responsible for organizing new supporters and coming up with innovative ways to increase the amount of people in an area who are concerned about environmental issues and are motivated to work towards environmental protection.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Raise awareness about environmental issues at community events
• Network with community members
• Develop innovative ways to raise environmental awareness

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have attended college or university this last year and intend to return in the next academic year
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Must be able to travel either around the GTA, Kitchener/Waterloo region, or Hamilton

$12/hr for 30 hours a week.
Contract from June 20th to September.

Interviews will be taking place June 13-16th
