Do you have a demonstrated track record generalist HR management experience coupled with a strong IR background? Working alongside the HR Services Manager, this new role will see you leading the Operational HR team as we implement the HR Strategy across the organisation.
Your excellent communication skills will foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders creating the platform to deliver contemporary IR and generalist HR.
So we are looking for a proactive and highly experienced tertiary qualified HR/IR leader with a strong commercial business acumen who is used to delivering HR strategies aligned to business results.
