If you are a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Designer with a background in Oil & Gas and you’re looking for a new challenge than this role is for you. As a result, an excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Designer to join their team. Based in Brisbane CBD, they are perfectly located and are dedication to building their employees future. You will be responsible for the conceptual and detailed design and drafting of documents relating to electrical services and you will ensure design work conforms to applicable specifications, codes and standards. Qualifications:
• A recognised diploma qualification in the electrical discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in design and drafting of instrumentation in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience in electrical & instrumentation design systems (SmartPlant)
• Proven ability to train and supervise junior staff members
• Able to check drawings and documentation for the intended purpose and for conformity with the project execution plan.
