GHD Brisbane is seeking Pipeline Engineers to assist with current and upcoming oil & gas pipeline and gas compression projects in Queensland, Australia or international locations. These projects include EPCM, detailed engineering design, FEED studies, Owner’s Engineer roles, feasibility studies and due diligence roles for a variety of major oil and gas clients. As a valued member of the team you will be experienced in pipeline design and also have experience with compressor facilities and end-of-line stations from a design, construction or operation perspective. The successful applicants will be able to manage medium to large projects.
Skills required:
• A Mechanical Engineering degree with extensive experience in the pipeline industry
• Exceptional communications skills with a desire and drive to broaden your skills working within a multi-disciplinary consultancy
• Ability to work within a collaborative team environment to ensure successful project delivery
• Ability to communicate effectively with the client and understand their key drivers and needs
• Proven experience in managing a variety of projects
• Working knowledge of AS 2885
• Exposure to pipeline facilities design
As a self-motivated individual you will have the capability to work autonomously, with a strong focus on project delivery and client satisfaction. You have the ability to apply sound, practical technical solutions to problems, excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
