This ASX Listed Company with a head office location in Sydney Inner West, has demonstrated consistent innovation across several business divisions and plans further expansion.
To support and consolidate their people management ability and continue to grow and evolve, they are investing further in Human Resources and require a HR Officer/Advisor to support the HR Manager across the business nationally.
You will be degree qualified with demonstrated desire and experience to manage administrative and strategic human resources. You will assist the HR Manager to write and implement policies and procedures and utilise your exceptional communication skills to ensure these are standardised across the group whilst being sensitive to the differing cultures within each division to gain their buy in.
Juggle the varied demands of a full HR Generalist Role, including utilising your strong IR skills, and engage all levels of the business nationally and internationally and you will be rewarded
