My client is now looking to appoint an experienced Business Improvement Specialist to join the Commercial Department.
In this critical role, your key task will be to analyse current processes and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll provide advice to enable site management to analyse financial results and improve profitability via business improvement and innovation.
You will have well developed technical skills and personal attributes including the following:
• A degree in commerce/ business/ engineering or similar
• Ability to drive and implement effective change
• The ability to coordinate the delivery of business projects
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others
• Experience using MS Office software and SAP
• Experience with Six Sigma is desirable.
The successful candidate will be offered a remuneration package commensurate with their experience and the current market, subsidised accommodation and utilities. Relocation assistance is also on offer.
