You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies for permanent Creative Print, Web and Multimedia roles within the creative niche working with the worlds’ top advertising agencies and corporates. This includes developing and securing new business as well as servicing current clients and talent. Reviewing creative portfolios and presenting clients with only the best talent is key to the success of this role. You will be asked to juggle multiple searches and manage client and talent expectations throughout the entire process.
We are seeking a Recruiter with solid advertising agency experience and an ability to judge creative work, ideally with a network of connections within the industry. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a team environment and committed to customer service.
