This is an opportunity to join a prestigious Financial Services provider as it embarks on an exciting journey of significant business and transformational change programs involving the upgrade and implementation of a range of online system portals, web technologies and re-engineering of business processes (BPR). These are driven by changes to the core business models around the development of a new range of innovative products.
A classic Business Analyst engagement requiring exceptional requirements and user documentation skills, the successful individual will join a dynamic and knowledge rich environment working alongside experienced project delivery professionals in a fast paced and creative environment.
As a key conduit between the business and technical IT teams, you will be instrumental in defining project concepts from stakeholders of all levels and performing thorough gap analysis in order to ensure that the project initiatives are aligned with the business critical outcomes.
Possessing 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on banking or financial services led projects, ideally within the online or web technology space, the successful candidate will be a self starter, pragmatic and proactive in their approach and, ultimately, outcomes focussed.
A number of the ongoing projects are also compliance led, candidates with previously experience working on Card Protection schemes or ATM management around PCI DSS regulations would also hold an advantage. Similarly experience gathered on Anti Money Laundering / AML or Counter-Terrorism Funding / CTF initiatives would also be interesting.
