require a Cognos Developer to maintain and take an active role in the management of information systems including the provision of information, analysis and support to their personnel.
The role & responsibilities:
• Developing, implementing and supporting transactional, reporting and modeling applications Requirements gathering, functional scoping and documentation
• Provide user training as required
• Provide accurate information and service
• Establish & maintain client relationships
As the ideal candidate you will have:
• 4 Years of commercial experience
• Strong Design modeling & report building
• Extensive experience with building reports using Cognos 10 Report Studio
• Experience with Cognos Analysis Studio and Query Studio
• Proven experience in DMR
• Proven ability in engaging with internal customers to confirm documented business requirements and formulate Reporting Solution Technical design
• Advanced SQL query skills
• Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Cognos 10 highly regarded
