My client is renowned for its extensive catalogue program with both National and Exclusive Brands which drive their dynamic business.

WEST REGION of Melbourne…..
Responsibilities include:-
• financial management including achievement of budgets for sales, gross margin, contribution, stock levels and shrinkage
• ensuring efficient store operations
• ensuring accuracy in store stocktake process
• maintaining merchandise, presentation and housekeeping standards in line with brand strategy and promotional activities
• managing catalogue set up in accordance with business direction including planning and ticketing
• building strong relationships with the Buying Team and internal stakeholders
• coaching and developing Team in areas of product knowledge, service and selling and policies and procedures
• communicating and involving the Team in targets and results
• managing Team performance
• leading the Team to ensure Core Values are upheld
• creating and supporting a Safety First culture
In addition, this position will also play an integral role in the team recruitment, selection and training process.
