A vacancy currently exists in our Caloundra site for a motivated and driven individual to join our highly performing team of Job Coaches providing placements for a diverse range of job seekers.
You will work with a large caseload of people who are medium to long term unemployed and help them find jobs. You will network within the community and learn about local labour markets, training and education opportunities and work experience projects that will get your jobseekers into work. This role can be challenging and emotive however if you are a star performer you will certainly find it engaging and rewarding!
