Our client, a preferred employer of choice with far reaching scope of clients is Australia’s leading distributor of automatic strapping equipment, manual strapping tools and related consumables widely used in a variety of commercial and industrial applications.
This is an autonomous role that will suit a true sales professional who understands the value of tried-and-tested Key Account Selling methodologies in building business.
You will maintain regular service to key customers in a cross section of industries. This will involve completing and presenting periodical contribution to customer profit reports, return on investment reports accompanying equipment presentations, and machine & process audits assisted by service and engineering personnel.
You will also work with technical help to monitor territory parts and service costs, balanced against revenue generated by the territory rental fleet; prepare periodic reports/forecasts on business calls and related activities, inform customers of new products and price movements, and monitor competitive activity.
Formal qualifications in selling or marketing are welcomed but your successful and documented sales track record will be a greater asset. MS Office skills are required.

This is a sole role with no other staff reporting to you, but the state is in your hands
