We are currently working with a top tier contractor to the civil and mining industry. Due to continued growth and future expansion plans we are seeking the services of six experienced Mobile Plant Maintenance Civil Supervisors.
As Mobile Plant Maintenance Civil Supervisor you will be responsible for:
• Management of a team of Mobile Plant Maintenance Professionals.
• Ensuring optimal utilisation of mobile machinery to limit down time.
• Maintain a high level of safety standards.
• Implementing best practice procedures.
• Continually streamline mobile plant maintenance activities.
• Identifying areas of improvement and to provide coaching and development strategies.
To be considered for the position of Mobile Plant Maintenance Civil Supervisor you will require:
• 4-6 yrs Mobile Plant Maintenance experience.
• Previously worked in the capacity of Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor.
• Experience in maintenance of heavy duty earthmoving machinery.
• Ability to lead, develop and mentor.
• Experience within the Building and Civil industry.
• Sound communication skills.
• You must be an Australian resident, hold a valid visa or permanent residency.
