Mission Foods is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Representative to join the Retail Sales team.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your day to day activities will include (but not limited to):
• Achieving territory budgets in the retail grocery channel for Mackay, Cairns and surrounding areas of QLD
• Increase the distribution & footprint of our branded products as per corporate guidelines
• Increasing the sales of corporate brand within trade spend guidelines
• Drive superior relationships with independent retail owners and staff
• Ensure compliance to National/State programs and planograms
• Conduct reviews with key stakeholders on product and account performance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
• Minimum 2 years experience working in sales within the FMCG industry
• Superior level of customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• Professionalism as well as exceptional time management skills.
• A high degree of diplomacy, integrity, ethics.
• High level time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and to use initiative
• IGA experience will be well regarded
