Aravina Estate Marketing / Administration Coordinator Job Vacancy in Bunbury & South West

Aravina Estate is a beautiful winery in Yallingup seeking to employ a capable Marketing / Administration Coordinator to work 5 days per week Monday – Friday. (We are also happy to discuss flexible working arrangements and part-time work should this suit you)

Position Summary & Responsibilities:
• Preparation of:
Annual Marketing Plans and Budgets to effectively market all Functions and Tourism Facilities of Aravina Estate,
Wedding Packages, Brochures, Marketing Materials and Budgets,

• Assistance with all possible tourism related activities that may be conducted by Aravina Estate including but not limited to Concerts, Festivals, Weddings, Gala Events, Premiers, Sporting Events, Film Festivals, use of facilities by disadvantaged groups, Charity Functions.

• Composing, writing, development and management of all advertising, marketing and promotions, liaising with local businesses and suppliers in order to promote and publicize the Aravina Estate venue and facilities throughout the region.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive General Manager and the Aravina Coordinator of The Chardonnay Trust (owner and operator of Aravina Estate).

Specific tasks – Marketing
• Marketing Aravina as a premier destination for weddings & events
• Writing and sending press releases, media monitoring
• Coordination of advertising & branding including printed & e-newsletters, promotional material and flyers
• Management of online presence for Aravina – including Facebook and the Aravina website including uploading graphics and text and inputting data for the ‘premier club’ email & postal customer database
• Coordinating local sponsorship & memberships
• Promoting wine / attending expos as required

Specific tasks – Administration
• Answering phones
• Preparation of daily reports as required
• Banking & change return as required
• Assistance with inputting & approving staff hours in Time Target prior to the fortnightly pay run
• Open all mail and stamp new invoices with ‘GL Code’ stamp
• Check info email address

Hourly rate or salary range will depend on experience.
