Bettabuilt Fabrication is a national company that fabricates materials for aircraft hangars and commercial/industrial buildings.
We currently have a full-time position available for a skilled and experienced Workshop Manager.
Job Description
– Responsible for ensuring fabrication of jobs
are completed on time
– Responsible for quality of work
– Proficient in reading workshop drawings
– Competent at managing and coordinating staff
– Manage stock levels
– Manage work practices for workshop staff
– Performing QA work and participate with
production when not occupied in management
duties.
– Oversee staff and apprentices
Key Qualities
– Must have welding qualifications
– Good organisational skills
– Ability to work well under pressure
– The ability to multi task with a high degree of
accuracy and attention to detail
– Ability to interpret detailed drawings
– Computer literacy
– Experience in fitting and turning is desirable
– Min 3 years experience in a similar role
