Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with customers & managers to provide a high level of service
• Manage client jobs and files
• Co-ordinate Admin Assistants & Workshop Staff
• Use company systems to maintain accurate records, including accounts payable & receivable, payroll, superannuation
• Offer advice & quotations on all of our products (training provided)
The ideal candidate will have:
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent phone manner and great presentation
• Attention to detail
• A willingness to learn new skills •
• The ability to interact with a variety of different people
• Strong customer focus and excellent administration skills (minimum 5 yrs experience)
• Reliable, professional and trustworthy
• The ability to work individually or in a team environment; being self starting and enthusiastic is crucial.
• You must be committed & passionate about small business
