Lime Recruitment HR Administrator Job Vacancy in Brisbane

Our client is currently looking for a HR Administrator. You will be reporting to the GM -HR and providing
exceptional administrative support with the primary focus on recruitment. This is an ideal role for an individual who is looking for a career within HR.

It is important that you demonstrate strong administrative skills including coordination and planning, data base management, secretarial assistance, and knowledge of various software applications. Customer service is a primary focus for the client as you will be liaising with external and internal customers.

Ideally you will have a HR degree with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and you will be based in the CBD.

You will be supporting a team of 4 and your responsibilities include reference checks, preparing letter of offer, and employment contracts. You will also be involved in travel arrangements, on boarding and induction processes.
