S2M Account Manager – Restaurant Industry Job Vacancy in Perth

The Company
This growing company is the leader in online restaurant reservations for Australian restaurants. They help restaurants connect with diners by replacing the paper reservations book with an online reservations diary.

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, we are currently in search for an Account Manager to manage the setup, training and installation of our online reservation diary in Western Australia. You will manage & be the primary point of contact for restaurants in your portfolio.

You are likely to be an ex Restaurant Manager or Point of Sales Account Manager, so it will almost be second nature when it comes to educating and helping restaurants migrate to online.

Responsibilities
• Setting up restaurants table plans and inventory
• Setup and training of all restaurant staff to migrate from the paper to the online reservation diary
• Providing initial and follow up training
• Working closely with restaurants to maximise their online inventory

Key Requirements:
• 3-5 years restaurant industry experience
• Experience in training non technical people on the use of software
• Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry is a must!
• Strong Account Management experience
• Experience in selling face to face
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
