Our client is a prestigious Japanese Trading House with offices worldwide. They are currently seeking to appoint a professional and experienced person with strong administrative skills to join their team.

Reporting to the General Manager your main responsibility would be to provide secretarial and personal assistance support the General Manager and attend to guests at reception and answer phones as required. Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for the General Manager and Trading Executives is also required.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have sound previous experience in an administrative and secretarial capacity and have a professional and friendly disposition that would suit a corporate, front end position. Japanese language skills is essential as is an intermediate skill level in MS Word and MS Excel.
