To fit the bill, you must have outstanding customer service values, be
prepared to take on the responsibility as the backbone of the club to help maximize the results, and have a desire to want to help people change their lives.
You will need experience in managing a small team; a background in the
health and fitness industry, and be a great communicator.
As a must, you need a certificate IV in fitness and a current first aid
