The Role
Our client is currently seeking a Finance Officer for an immediate start. As the Finance Officer in this role, you will be responsible for the processing, administering and allocating of mobile device costs, budget management, EOM processing, Quickcomm and general administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ability to prepare and reconcile telecommunication costs
• Oversee the telecommunication database (Quickcomm)
• Ability to prepare and reconcile monthly inventory reports
• Assist with end of month processing and financial tasks
• Generate monthly invoicing from clients
• Assist with monthly budget analysis and variance reporting
• Other administrative, finance and procurement duties

To be successful in this position, you will have:
• Secret Clearance (Highly Desirable)
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business
• Strong client relation skills
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Multitasking and prioritising ability
• Pay strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Australian Citizenship Status
