My client, a leading, FMCG organisation is looking for an HR generalist to
drive projects and offer change management support across their business during
a period of change.
Reporting to the ANZ HR Manager, you will drive a number of projects across the
business with a particular emphasis on learning and development. The training
calendar is already in place, but with a large number of programs at varying
stages of completion, you will be involved in the development and facilitation,
sourcing of external providers and following up with the business to
focus in on outcomes. The organisation is currently going through a major
change management program so you will also be involved in the change
communications across the business and working on a number of other related
organisational development projects.
You will be flexible and resilient with extensive generalist HR experience and
a good background in developing and facilitating learning and development
programs. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience with change
management and will be passionate about the communication around this. You will
enjoy working as part of a team but also have the maturity and confidence to
take on a project and run with it autonomously. Experience within an FMCG or a
Sales and Marketing focussed organisation would be highly regarded. This role
