We are seeking a full time Diploma Qualified Team Leader & Certificate III
Educator with an understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy, Emergent
Curriculum, advantages of play based learning, NQF and EYLF. A
passion for art is also an advantage!
If you have a love of the natural world and the ability to think outside the
‘traditional’ child care boundaries whilst having a passion to provide
stimulating environments where children can be themselves, to grow and feel
nurtured and feel part of the wider community then O’Connor Play & Learn is

Essential Criteria
- First and foremost you must have a passion for
the childcare industry and adore working with children - Team Leader position: Hold at a minimum a
Diploma in Children’s Services
- Cert III Educator: Hold a Certificate III in
Children’s Services (or be studying towards) - Working with Children Check
- National Police Certificate
- Senior 1st Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
certificates - Medical Certificate
- Alcohol and Illegal substance clearance.

your resume - Must have the right to work in Australia
