Eligibility:
You should have at least a Masters degree in Bioinformatics or Computer Science, with relevant experience. Experience in proteomics, metabolomics, microarray or RNA-Seq data analysis and relational database development in a UNIX environment (including languages such as Perl /Python/PHP/Java, XML and SQL) and software engineering are essential. Previous experience of working in a multidisciplinary environment, and managing a software infrastructure for a biological research group is desirable

Scholarship Description: You will develop a strong profile in data management and methods integration as part of an exciting new research collaboration between the University of Warwick, and Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. This initiative will develop models of infection and host-pathogen interaction processes at the cellular, tissue and organismal levels.
