The Company
Our client manufactures sports nutrition and supplements in the Lake Macquarie
area. They invest extensively into research on nutrition, especially the
performance sports nutrition side. We are working with one of the top

The Role
As a Receptionist/Administration Assistant you will be delivering accurate
support to our customers and team. You will be a passionate and energetic team
member. The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build on your
experience through a variety of tasks including and not limited to:
- Debtors
and Creditors processing - Assisting
with end of month processing - Filing
and maintenance of records both electronically and manually - Providing
general Administration and Clerical support to Management and team as
required - Receiving,
processing and dispatching orders using the MYOB accounting system. - Money
Handling. - Answering
and making telephone calls, faxes, emails and attending to customers face
to face. - Dealing
with customer complaints. - General
housekeeping and cleaning.
You will be based in the Cardiff area, NSW. Working in a permanent part-time
position. We require approximately 20 hours a week working Monday to Friday in
the mornings.
You
To be considered for this position you will ideally have:
- Proficiency
in the application of basic bookkeeping principles and practices - Accurate
Data entry and strong computer skills in Excel and Word - Excellent
written, verbal and numeracy skills - The
ability to work without supervision and willing to take initiative - Works
well under pressure - Display
strong attention to detail in interpreting instructions - Demonstrated
time management skills to meet deadlines and problem solving capabilities - Able to
participate and contribute effectively within a team environment - A ‘can
do’ attitude with no job too big or too small - The
ability to honestly and accurate cash handling - Live
locally in the Lake Macquarie area - Familiar
with MYOB Accounting – preferred but not necessary - Exceptional
customer service skills
