The Opportunity
Your initial focus will be on a $5m retail
refurb, with two apartment projects worth $15m and $20m on the horizon.
This role will provide a highly stable opportunity that is also full of
potential. Working with one of the most experienced and respected teams in the
industry you will be given autonomy to drive the jobs as you see fit with the
backing of some of the industry’s finest.

On this initial project, you will be responsible
for:

- Letting subcontracts
- Reviewing and processing subcontractor claims
- Financial management and preparation of cost
reports - Assisting with programming
- Client & consultant liaison
- Some trade coordination
The right person for this role will have the
necessary drive and passion to help this organisation work towards tier one
status. Around 3-5 years’ experience on varied commercial projects will help
you succeed, and you will ideally come from a mid tier company background.
