iWorkshop Customer Service Manager Job Vacancy in Australia

iWorkshop is a service repairs centre for mobile
phones, laptops and many electronic devices. The customer service manager is
responsible for the efficient operation of the business while promoting and
maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Main duties

– Supervise and implement mobile phone and laptop
repairs;
– Identifying and implementing system upgrades as
necessary to ensure service repairs are maintained at the highest possible
standard;
– Planning and developing the necessary strategies
to meet the company’s objectives of customer satisfaction and effective use of
its staff and technical resources;
– Liaising with product manufacturers and suppliers
to ensure an adequate supply of necessary parts and technology used in service
repairs;
– Monitoring work quality and timeliness of staff
to ensure customer control and satisfaction meets acceptable standards at all
times;
– Scheduling and delivering training of junior
technician staff in the organisation’s quality program and repair systems.
The successful candidate will be / have:
  • Ideally you will have at least two (2) years
    experience in a Retail environment selling technical products and keen to
    take the leap into a corporate
  • A genuine interest in Technology / IT with a
    passion for customer service, solving problems, improving your customers
    experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
    skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • A positive can do attitude
  • Degree Qualified is desirable
