We currently have an opportunity for a IT Project
Manager with proven experience to join our high performing team of
Consultants. 
As a 3CA IT Project Manager your responsibilities
may encompass some or all of the following:
  • Manage IT related projects on behalf of
    General Insurance companies
  • Excellent knowledge & management
    experience of IT infrastructure projects
  • Management of application integration for the
    General Insurance domain
  • Previous management of data migration projects
  • Project planning using Microsoft Project
  • Perform regular program reporting including
    the reporting on schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues,
    dependencies, team, stakeholders & benefits
  • Decision escalation to start, stop & pass
    throughout project stage gates
  • Effective project risk & issue management
  • Working with client PMO to schedule &
    resource projects
  • Managing vendors through the lifecycle
    including appointment, disengagement & performance management
  • Perform regular project management duties
    including tracking & intervention to ensure programs are delivered to
    scope, budget & schedule expectations
  • Managing the delivery of IT projects to agreed
    time, budget, scope & quality
  • Contribute to ongoing 3CA PM practice
    development

For consideration you will possess the following:
  • A minimum of 5+ years PM experience in an
    General Insurance focussed role
  • Track record of projects IT project relating
    to General Insurers
  • Previous Project Management experience of data
    migration & application integration projects
  • Exposure to java technology stack
  • Proficient management in multi vendor
    environment
  • Strong project reporting skills
  • A delivery focussed approach
