Our client is a well established boutique agency in a superb inner
North-West location and they are looking for an
experienced Portfolio Property Manager to join their cohesive team
environment.

Manage a small portfolio of 120 properties covering all tasks with 95% of the
portfolio all within 5-10km from the office. The hours are Monday – Friday
8:30am – 5pm with NO SATURDAYS!

To be successful in this role, you will require:

A min of 2 years experience in Portfolio
Property Management with a current certificate of real estate
registration.
Highly organised with excellent time
management skills.
Excellent customer service skills and a
positive “can do attitude”.
Excellent presentation and communication
skills.
Current drivers licence and a reliable
vehicle. You will be paid a fuel allowance.
Experience with Console and ADL is preferred.
