About You
As the Chef de Partie, reporting directly to the Sous Chef, you will possess
experience within a similar capacity along with a positive and driven approach
to your employment. You will assist the Head Chef in running the day-to-day
operations, such as the routine meal service and functions, along with adhering
to all HACCP, Food Safety, OH&S, and client requirements. In this role, you
will be required to assist with stock take, inventory control, manage and
deliver high quality meals, menu development and design, support all OH&S
compliance, along with adhering to a strict hygiene program. This is a
