passionate, driven and experienced Chef to join their professional culinary
team. This is an autonomous role, working closely with the venue manager,
reporting directly to the Director of the venue. You will have complete
autonomy to write and developed your own “Asian” inspired menu,
sourcing fresh local produce from local suppliers. This is a brilliant

About You
As the Head Chef you will be responsible for running the day to day kitchen
operations of this reputable venue. Serving a creative, fresh and authentic
Asian cuisine, you will be a reliable, motivated and passionate team player
with a hunger to succeed in your career. You will be required to manage a small
team of culinary professionals, along with providing ongoing training and development
to your team. You will possess a strong understanding of OH&S, Food Safety
and HACCP compliance, however ongoing training will be provided. This is an
autonomous role that require a self-starter to hit the ground running in this
challenging, yet rewarding career opportunity.
