 We currently have an opportunity for a
motivated administration team member to join our Gold Coast team.  

This
role greatly contributes to the efficient operation of our office, and suits a
person who enjoys working in a busy, successful and supportive environment.

 Key tasks of the role include:
  • Managing the workloads of our professional
    staff
  • Data entry and scheduling of appointments for
    valuers
  • Liaising with clients to answer enquiries or
    resolve issues
  • General administration duties
 To be successful in this role, you will
ideally possess:
  • Administration skills
  • A high degree of computer literacy
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal
    communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer
    service ethic
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High level of organisation and efficiency
  • Ability to work within tight time constraints
    and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self motivated with a positive attitude
