created role in North Island NZ. We require professional and experienced
individuals to join a growing organisation and provide exceptions project
management skills within a Facilities Management business.

the projects, from planning to completion. Leading a team of professional staff
to ensure outcomes, and meet project objectives.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Contacts Management
- Solid knowledge of all aspects of Property
Maintenance, electrical systems and project planning.
