The Role:
Reporting to the Program Leader Recruitment this

Criteria:
Tertiary qualifications within Business or Human
Resource Management is highly desirable however not essential. Previous working
experience in a diverse, busy & high volume recruitment team together with
demonstrated ability to identify opportunities in order to further streamline
the recruitment process coupled with the ability to work autonomously is
essential to the role.

The successful candidate will possess highly
developed communication skills both written and verbal, build rapport and

An attractive salary will be negotiated with the
successful applicant. This package will include five weeks annual leave,
leave loading, flexible working conditions including a 19 day month, laptop
computer and additional superannuation benefits.
