Our “Sports Retail” division encompasses
the Amart Sports, Rebel and Workout World businesses. We have an opportunity
for a Loss Prevention Officer(Internally known as Regional Operations
Manager) based in Sydney to join our team on a 12 month maternity contract.

Reporting to the Risk Investigation Manager, you
will be responsible for:

- Promoting and communicating the Sports
Retailing operational objectives, to assist store and support office teams
to achieve them - Monitoring and maintaining loss prevention
systems, standards and initiatives related to the security and protection
of team members, merchandise, premises and company assets - Planning, conducting and reporting on audits,
stocktakes and investigations conducted within the Group - Providing peer support and leadership to the
stores with defined region of responsibility
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience within retail / auditing
environment - Capability to develop best practice solutions
for retail stores regarding business administration, operational and loss
prevention standards - Strong communication skills to ensure
operational standards are understood and adhered to by the Group - Stocktake and audit experience
- Previous experience working with SAP is
advantageous but not essential
All candidates must have a Drivers Licence and be
able to travel between sites in New South Wales and interstate as required.
Travel interstate will be minimal but is a requirement for the position. You
will be provided with a company car, mobile phone & laptop. Your excellent
communication skills coupled with your passion for retail will see you succeed
in this position.
