Job Summary:

As part of the j2 Global ANZ team, this role is responsible for driving lead
generation for a variety of j2 Global brands in Australia and New Zealand both
online and offline.

As an integral member of the j2 Global ANZ team, reporting directly to the
Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Manager, Digital will work cross-functionally
in Australia and

New Zealand to plan and deliver quality traffic to our web
properties as well as high value prospects to our inside sales team. You will
own the planning and execution of cost effective acquisition strategies
including SEM, Display, SEO, Affiliate, Partner, Social and EDM. You will
manage the day-to-day external agency relationship(s) to ensure we set and
achieve the desired CPA and associated metrics. Critically, you will work hand
in hand with the sales and associated marketing teams, planning and executing
coordinated strategies. Intuitively having your eye on the key metrics on a
daily basis ensuring you learn, share and adapt rapidly to optimize results –
this must be second nature for you.

This is a new and exciting role in region, providing the right candidate with
the opportunity to stamp their mark on the j2 Global business in Australia and
New Zealand. Ideally, you will be experienced working remotely from an offshore
organization. You will have significant experience developing and refining user
experience, a solid understand of online sales and work effectively with online
marketing initiatives.

Job Duties:

•Ownership and development of j2 Global ANZ marketing content including online
and offline, SEO, SEM, Social Media, CRM.
•Management of the agency relationship(s) to set and delivery agreed results.
•Delivery of on budget expenditure and lead generation results.
•Collaborate with ANZ Marketing and Sales teams to develop campaigns and sales.
•Develop, monitor and analyze campaigns and provide regular reporting on
effectiveness. Partner with internal analytics resources to mine data for
insights.
•Support CRM teams with design and content to support campaigns.
•Partner closely with the Marketing Manager Web.
•Support implementations on sites managed by teams in Australia and New
Zealand.
•Support integration of newly acquired businesses and associated web sites.
•Work closely with international offices and leadership team to understand and
develop strategies to maximize business growth.

Job Requirements and Experience:

•Education: Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
•7+ years of experience in integrated online marketing and direct marketing.
•5+ years of hands-on experience ideally for both ecommerce and inside sales.
•Proven experience managing online advertising campaigns including search,
display, and mobile programs.
•Exposure to public relations, viral, word of mouth marketing, and social media
marketing.
•Proven experience with a wide range of internet technologies including web
analytics and working with 3rd party bid management solutions.
•Proven experience in achieving measurable targets for customer and revenue
growth.
•Meticulous, analytical and detail oriented with ability to deliver data-driven
results, analysis, testing and application of findings.
•Independent as well as a team player.
•Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and presentation
skills.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and flexibility
to exploit the unexpected and succeed in dynamic situations.
•Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills. Comfortable with
large data sets.
