THE POSITION
The opportunity presented is for an industry
experienced Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for growing
and developing business across all major Trade Lanes, with a large
Vertical/Strategy Focus.

Your role will focus heavily on hunting out new
business opportunities whilst working heavily with the Operations/Account
Management team.

Acting as the ‘go to’ for some of the companies
profitable clients, there will be emphasis on maintaining a high level of service
in communication and relationship development.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong background in Freight Forwarding in a
Business Development / Sales position (Ideally 3-5 Years +) - Have a proven track record in exceeding
Revenue Targets and KPIs. Not shy of HUNTING new business. - Be a self-motivated, result-orientated
individual. - High level of presentation and communication
skills. - Shown ability in building and maintaining
relationships across the business.
THE PACKAGE
Lucrative Package: $80 – 100K Base (will be
determined on experience) + Super + 15K Car Allowance + Very
competitive commission structure
