Building Services and Maintenance to commercial and industrial clients across
Sydney. 
Your New Job
Reporting to the National General Manager –
Service,  you will be responsible  for day to day Scheduling,
Dispatching and Coordination of service technicians across Sydney, ensuring
that customer expectations are exceeded.

To be successful in your new role you will possess:
  • Intermediate data entry skills
  • The ability and willingness to learn new
    software packages
  • An excellent phone manner
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Sound English and numeracy skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with
    people from all levels of industry.
  • The ability to work autonomously with minimal
    supervision.
  • A formal qualification in either business or
    administration is desirable but not essential.
  • A basic understanding of financial and
    business principles
  • Pronto Experience Advantageous
