It is envisaged this phenomenal opportunity will
be 2 or 3 days per week, 10am-3pm, working from a mix of my
clients home in Hawthorn or at your home online.

As this is a newly created role the
responsibilities will be fluid but include:

- Diary management;
- Bookkeeping (Excel spreadsheet based, and bill
payment/expense management; - Investments administration;
- Travel research and management of bookings;
- Research on and first draft of speeches/
written articles; - Other ad hoc tasks that need doing around
the home (eg managing service providers, organising repairs and
maintenance etc).
Key Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience in a senior E.A/P.A role
working for a CEO/Chairman/ M.D or the like or experience working for a
HNW family - Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
- Genuine reason for wanting part-time role
- Stable career history
- Experience researching speech topics and
drafting the information - Basic bookkeeping experience
- Flexibility and reliability
- A proven commitment to confidentiality
