This role provides support to the Head of School
and School Manager, including responsibility for casual academic staff
contracts, processing above load payments for academic staff and processing
accounts payable and receivable for the School. The School Finance & Travel
Officer also provides financial reports and data to the School Manager,
arranges travel for the Head of School and senior staff, coordinates IT and
other equipment requirements.

Position requirements
To be successful you should have:
- Experience in book-keeping processes and
financial reporting - Experience working with detailed information
which requires a high level of attention to detail - High level verbal and face to face
communication skills - Demonstrated experience to manage several
tasks and work within tight timeframes - Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial
system or equivalent
