Due to planned growth of the business we are
seeking an additional Accounts Receivable Officer to join our
Administration and Finance Team.

Key areas of responsibility include:
- Following up with customer accounts and record
keeping of debtors - Debt Collection
- Allocation of payments and reconciliation of
customer accounts and timely resolution of any account queries
Key personal attributes:
- Accurate processing, filing and data entry
- Excellent oral and written communication
skills - Ability to stay on task and problem solve
- Excellent time management and ability to work
unsupervised - Experienced in the Microsoft Office suite of
programs - Knowledge and skills in an accounting software
(Movex would be highly regarded)
To be successful in this role, you will require at
least 2 years experience in a fast paced environment and be a team player.
