We are looking for a Fleet Manager for our
Melbourne office

We are currently looking for a Fleet Manager to
manage the recruitment, retention and performance of the courier fleet in
Melbourne.  Reporting to the National Group Operations Manager, you will
have a key role to play in managing Mail Call’s Melbourne fleet to help
support, grow

and drive Mail Call’s business and service delivery in Melbourne.

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Experience in a fleet or operations role
  • A results focus – an ability to work in a fast-paced,
    service oriented environment
  • Proactivity – the role is highly autonomous
    and requires a proactive approach particularly in the areas of problem
    solving and strategic planning
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent people management skills – the role
    involves managing driver performance and service levels
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound computer skills
