The Role
- We are
looking for an experienced residential supervisor for Brisbane surrounding
suburbs - Supervising
trades - Responsible
for the construction of up to 15 homes at one time - Oversee
and manage OH&S on all sites - Liaise
regularly with clients (negotiation, updates, problem solve, assist with
decision making, flexibility to meet the changing needs of the clients) - Meet
monthly employer budgets and build time - Constant
review and implementation of changes to industry regulations, materials,
codes and standards
What You Need
- Longevity
in previous roles with Project Homes builders - Cert IV
and Trade Apprenticeship - Drivers
License - Enthusiasm
to be involved in the team culture - Honest,
positive attitude - Genuine
passion and motivation towards work
