In this exciting leadership role, you will be

- Sales performance and meeting operational /
merchandising standards - Customer service and complaint resolution
- Inventory management and store organisation
- General administration & financial
management - People management, including recruitment,
rostering, training, personal development and succession management - Upholding company Workplace Health & Safety
standards and procedures
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Sound commercial acumen with a drive to exceed
sales targets and bottom line profit - Leadership experience (ideally within a retail
background) with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team through
excellent communication and organisational skills - Dedication to exceeding customers’
expectations and delivering exceptional service standards - Accustomed to a role that covers all aspects
of retail including involvement in product, promotion and inventory
management - Sound time management skills that allow you to
balance the operational demands with those of your people who will rely on
you for inspiration and coaching
