The role:
Working as a Associate Quantity Surveyor you will be
involved in exciting Residential High rise and Commercial
projects in the Melbourne area. Candidates from all project backgrounds
however are encouraged to apply.

Duties will comprimise of but not be limited too:
- Measuring and describing the work including the
preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors - Detailed budgets and cost plans
- Contract Administration
- Preparing and interpreting turnover / cash flow
projections and profit / loss forecasts - Undertaking the valuing of variations and
potential variations - Financial control
- Preparation and agreement of final accounts
- Managing team of quantity surveyors / leading
project teams

Requirements: A Degree in
Quantity Surveying is required. Australian citizenship / residency is also
preferred. The successful applicant will be extremely motivated and be someone
whowants to work with the best. Our client needs enthusiastic, organized,
confident and inspired individuals who enjoydeveloping, communicating and
sharing ideas. At least 5 years post graduate experience
as a Quantity Surveyor is required.
