significantly increased number of distribution points and customers.
This state wide growth has placed this iconic
brand in an exciting rebirth phase of entrepreneurial growth and
rejuvenation which is impacting on many aspects of HR. Due to maternity
leave, a 12 month contract is available for a suitably experienced HR
Adviser. Reporting to the Lead of HR Operations this role presents all the
challenges a good HR professional would crave, providing all the exposure
and experiences necessary to enjoy a challenging assignment from a
generalist and employee relations focused context. As a key member of the
HR team, you will play a very pro-active role taking responsibility in
liaising with Senior Operational Managers in an advisory context on a broad
range of generalist HR services and projects that play a fundamental role
in supporting this growing business and its HR requirements.
The role will provide excellent exposure and
opportunities in employee relations related issues, particularly given
substantial industry remuneration reviews and a forthcoming enterprise
agreement renewal both of which will provide opportunities to assist,
advise and participate in a range of HR related projects and cultural
alignment programs. All of this activity is centered on a contemporary
model of HR management where your underlying passion will form the basis
for developing immeasurable levels of trust and credibility with your
respective clients providing real commercial solutions for their particular
businesses.
Tertiary qualified, you will have had at least 5
years generalist experience with solid exposure to employee relations,
relevant legislation, remuneration, enterprise agreements and performance
management. Excellent relationship building skills and a proven track
record of displaying high levels of genuine passion and energy for HR will
be evident. Your referees should be able to confirm these traits.
