guidance and education to families experiencing parenting difficulties. Today,
Karitane supports thousands of families through their family-centred services
including: residential family care, perinatal mood disorder clinics, toddler
clinics and family care centres, support programs and education services across
Sydney.

The Role
Reporting to the CEO, ac
ting as 2IC when required and
working closely with the executive team, this role will ensure Karitane
facilities and services have the necessary infrastructure, systems and supports
to fully achieve performance and compliance obligations.
This will be achieved via a focus on:
- The translation of strategic business planning
into operational practice - Development of a structured and systematic
approach to healthcare delivery ensuring leadership and excellence in
patient/client care practice - Collaboration with current and potential stakeholder
groups including; The Ministry of Health, Family and Community Services,
NSW Health Pillar Agencies, SWSLHD, clinicians, clients, staff and
industry associations - Providing support to Clinical service managers
and corporate service teams across HR, WH&S, and administrative
functions
Skills Required
You are currently a senior manager with a demonstrated
ability to provide leadership and direction to a diverse workforce with a high
level of conceptual, operational planning, analytical and assessment skills.
You have experience in the delivery of services in a health care setting
including:

- Extensive experience in Child & Family Health
or Midwifery or Infant Mental Health with current registration as a
Registered Nurse with APHRA - Tertiary qualification in business, health
administration, leadership or management qualification - Senior operational management experience in a
healthcare environment - Financial management experience with an ability
to meet service targets/KPIs within a health or NFP environment
